The Eagle holds an oak branch expressing strength, courage, and freedom. Other inscriptions on the coin read, “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA”, “E PLURIBUS UNUM”, “ONE DOLLAR”, and “1 OZ FINE SILVER”.
